Founder

Dato’ Faizal Abdullah is the Founder of Jaxer Sdn Bhd and a pioneer in delivering technology-driven solutions for both the public and private sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing and Information Systems from the prestigious London Guildhall University.

He began his career in the IT industry before founding Jaxer Sdn Bhd in 2003, marking his first venture in the technology sector. Under his leadership, Jaxer rapidly established itself as a trusted technology partner, securing multiple government and private-sector IT contracts and building a strong foundation for sustained growth.

Guided by vision and disciplined execution, Dato’ Faizal continues to shape Jaxer’s legacy—driving innovation while delivering scalable, mission-critical digital solutions that support long-term organizational success.

FIKRY ABDULLAH

CEO

Fikry Abdullah is the Chief Executive Officer of Jaxer Sdn Bhd, bringing together a strong foundation in engineering with strategic business leadership. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).

He began his professional career as an Electrical Engineer with the Ministry of Education’s Development Department, where he was involved in infrastructure and development projects for two years. He later transitioned into the private sector, contributing to the construction of high-rise developments, further strengthening his technical expertise and project execution capabilities.

In 2014, Fikry joined Jaxer Sdn Bhd as a Project Director, where he led and oversaw IT and digital projects for the public sector. His ability to bridge technical knowledge with business strategy played a key role in delivering complex, large-scale initiatives.

Today, as CEO, Fikry provides strategic direction and leadership for Jaxer Sdn Bhd, driving innovation, operational excellence, and long-term growth. His diverse background across engineering, construction, public sector development, and IT project management positions him uniquely to guide organizations through digital transformation with confidence and clarity.
